Richard Lyall
President, RESCON
Richard Lyall is president of the Residential Construction Council of Ontario (RESCON) and has represented the residential construction industry in Ontario since 1991. He is an in-demand columnist and speaker who is often quoted in the media about issues affecting the building industry. He was honoured with the 2019 Canadian Lifetime Volunteer Award from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, was appointed to a steering committee of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, and is on the Ontario Housing Supply Action Plan Implementation Team.
