Margaryta is a seasoned appraiser and property tax consultant with over a decade of industry experience. She has worked on diverse projects, including feasibility studies, municipal expropriations, appraisals, expert witness reports and development project proposals. Margaryta earned her AACI, P. App. designation in 2018 and holds certifications in Real Property Assessment and the Marshall and Swift Commercial Cost Approach. She is a graduate of Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting and continues to provide expert valuation and property tax assessment services within multiple jurisdictions in Canada.
